服务条款与会员说明
更新日期：2026 年 10 月 7 日星云相册（Stardrift）由开发者 Pengtian Feng 提供。应用通过设备上的照片解析、自然语言检索和回忆呈现，帮助你重新看见照片里的瞬间，无需注册账户。
1. 使用协议与照片权限
本应用采用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）。本页说明应用与会员的使用方式，不替代该协议。你保留照片的所有权；应用只处理你授权访问的照片。搜索范围、索引时间和可用效果会受到照片权限、图库内容、设备性能和 iCloud 原片可用性的影响。数据处理详情请阅读 隐私政策。
2. 免费功能与会员权益
左右划和叠图为免费呈现方式。免费用户每日可搜索 3 个新词。会员解锁不限次语义搜索与全部高级回忆样式。没有结果、未完成以及相同搜索词重复发起的搜索不重复扣除免费次数。具体可用功能与限制会在应用内说明。
3. 三种会员方案
周会员和年度会员为自动续期订阅，分别按周和按年计费；终身为一次性非消耗型购买，不自动续费。三个方案的解锁权益相同。售价、货币、订阅周期和试用资格以当前 App Store 地区及购买确认页为准，应用会在付款前展示对应价格和续订说明。
4. 免费试用与续订
符合 Apple 资格的年度订阅用户可享受 7 天免费试用，每个订阅群组的试用机会由 Apple 判断。试用结束后按购买时显示的年度价格自动续订。若不希望扣费，请在试用结束前至少 24 小时取消。周会员和年度订阅可在 iPhone 设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅中管理；删除应用不会取消订阅。取消后，已付费订阅可使用至当前已付费周期结束。终身方案无需取消订阅。
5. 购买、恢复与退款
购买和付款由 Apple App Store 处理。换机或重装后，请使用原购买 Apple 账户，并在会员页面点击“恢复购买”。恢复购买不会自动同步照片或本地星迹。若购买失败、被取消或待批准，不会提前授予付费权益。退款由 Apple 处理，可通过 Apple 问题报告申请；退款或订阅到期可能使会员权益失效。

Terms of Use & Membership
Stardrift is provided by Pengtian Feng. It helps you search and revisit your authorized photo library on your device. No account is required. The app is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement; this page explains app and membership use without replacing that agreement. You retain ownership of your photos. See our Privacy Policy for data handling.
Free features and membership
Swipe and Stack presentation styles are free. Free users can search 3 new queries each day. All membership plans unlock unlimited semantic searches and premium presentation styles. Empty or unfinished searches do not use free credits; repeating the same search query does not use another credit. Search coverage and indexing depend on permissions, library content, device performance and availability of iCloud originals.
Plans, trials and renewal
Weekly and Annual are auto-renewing subscriptions billed weekly and yearly respectively. Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase with no automatic renewal. All plans unlock the same benefits. Prices and currencies depend on your App Store region and are shown before purchase.
Eligible Annual subscribers receive a seven-day free introductory trial. Apple determines eligibility per subscription group. After the trial, the subscription renews at the annual price shown at purchase. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid a charge. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Paid access remains until the current paid period ends after cancellation. Lifetime access does not require cancellation.
Payments, restoration and refunds
Apple processes purchases and payments. Use the original Apple Account and Restore Purchases on the membership page after reinstalling or changing devices. Restoring membership does not transfer photos or locally saved Star Traces. Canceled, failed or pending purchases do not unlock access early. Request refunds through Apple Report a Problem. Refunds or subscription expiration may end paid access.
